Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email (If after 24 hours you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk email folder). This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address or phone number you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Multiple Item Orders:
Please note; our products are sourced from multiple suppliers, therefore if your order consists of multiple items, it is possible that parts of your order may be delivered at different timescales. If this is applicable to your order, you will be notified by us and tracking numbers will be provided.
Delivery timescales can vary depending on the product(s). On each product page, there is a tab labelled 'delivery', estimated delivery timescales for each product can be found here. Please note: the estimated delivery timescales are only applicable when the item is in stock. If the item is sold out but available for pre-order, please contact us for a shipping timeline
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, you must report as such damage to the carrier upon the receipt of goods, which must be documented on the consignment delivery note. Then notify us in writing at email@example.com within 48 hours of signing for the delivery. If possible, please also attach photos for us to review.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item(s) arrive damaged or faulty). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that was used when placing your order.
If you would like to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call for instructions. The Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note, to be eligible for a refund the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. If the original packaging is in an unsaleable condition and new packaging is required in order for the item(s) to be saleable, then you (the buyer) will be responsible for the associated costs of the new packaging. The cost of the new packaging is variable depending on the item. Where new packaging is required, the cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. You (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning item(s).
Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
If your goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty please notify us and send photos to email@example.com for us to review.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses arising out of any faulty or incorrect goods, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than such refund for the goods including return shipping charges.
We shall provide refunds within 14 days of us receiving the unwanted or damaged product or receiving proof of postage, whichever is received first.
Please note that shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor warpage are natural occurrences in wooden furniture, not manufacturing defects, and therefore no claims can be entertained on these grounds. Our manufacturers make every effort to match grain patterns, however, variations in the natural grain inevitably occur and may therefore be evident in your furniture. A variation in grain pattern is not a defect and therefore does not give grounds for making a claim.
