Faulty Items / Manufacturing Defects:

If an order/item is found to be faulty or has manufacturing defects then it can be returned within 30 days. If your order/item is faulty, please contact us for returns information. We recommend that customers check their orders/items as soon as they are received, as even if unopened, faulty items can only be returned up to 30 days from receipt.

Returns:

If you would like to return an item because you have changed your mind then please email returns@bambiniandbo.co.ukĀ or call for instructions. The Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note, to be eligible for a refund the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

If you (the buyer) are returning an order/item because you have changed your mind, then youĀ will also be responsible for any actual return shipping charges. We canĀ arrange for a third-party collection of your order. If we arrange the collection on your behalf the return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.Ā The cost of returnĀ shippingĀ will vary depending on the product, certain products may incur higher shipping charges due to the size and weight of their packaging.Ā 

We cannot accept responsibility for any goods that are lost or damaged during transit, therefore we strongly recommend thatĀ goods are returned to us with parcel protection insurance that covers the full cost of theĀ item(s).

Furniture Returns:

Please note that shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor warpage are natural occurrences in wooden furniture, not manufacturing defects, and therefore no claims can be entertained on these grounds. Our manufacturers make every effort to match grain patterns, however, variations in the natural grain inevitably occur and may therefore be evident in your furniture. A variation in grain pattern is not a defect and therefore does not give grounds for making a claim.Ā 

MattressĀ Returns:

We cannot accept a return on any personal hygiene items such as mattresses where the original packaging has been opened/unsealed or used.

Refunds:

Return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item(s) arrive damaged or faulty). If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total. Refunds will only be issued to the originalĀ payment method thatĀ was used when placing your order.

We shall provide refunds within 14 days of us receiving the unwanted orĀ faulty product and only once the returned products have been quality checked.

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Cocoon Forrest 2 in 1 Coconut Wool Sprung MattressĀ (120cm x 60cm)

The premium Coconut Wool Sprung Mattress has one side crafted using eco-friendly bamboo yarn which is as soft as cashmere and silk, but as durable as cotton. And the other core is wrapped in pure wool wadding, which is very soft, natural, and an alternative to the traditional polyester wadding. The coconut has a complex layered design which means it has fantastic breathability and the latex used to bond the coir fibres is naturally hypo-allergenic.

For minor soils, wipe down gently with a mild disinfectant or antibacterial spray. Otherwise, a gentle machine or hand wash at 40Ā° in a mild detergent and leave to dry naturally. Always ensure that the mattress is completely dry before use. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach.

Always position your mattress in the centre of your cot so that there is no more than a 30mm gap between the cot sides and the mattress. This allows the mattress to settle in use and leaves space for bedding. A gap on any side under 30mm is considered safe and acceptable. A baby who is being sick will need watching. This mattress may not soak up vomit. Do not overheat the baby. Rotate the mattress regularly.
